Flavor is absolutely nuts and just hot enough to be interesting. If you think jalapenos are spicy this sauce is probably a little too spicy for you. Best used on cheesy foods like pizza. One of the best sauces I've had in recent memory and I use a lot of hot sauce

I am not a huge hot sauce fan as I don't like things too spicy. My husband loves super spicy so we have a variety of hot sauces that he adds to spice up meals. We both like this one. I only use a little bit to reach my desired spice level, but it is delicous and truly does taste cheesy. Adds nice heat but also great flavor.

Wow! I had to try this new hot sauce, it's soooo good, very tasty! The heat is not bad, it's very well balanced with a lot of flavor. I tried this on a beef burrito, and it tasted like this sauce was made for this, it's sooo good! There are roasted red habanero peppers and Ghost Pepper powder in this sauce, they did a wonderful job with this, not too hot and just right! Enjoyed this immensely, thank you!

Plenty hot and flavorful enough without being punishing. It's vegan (not that I personally care). I put in soups, eggs, and will likely find other thing. These guys make excellent sauces.

This sauce is so good. It has a little bit of a kick to it but it's not so hot you have to warn friends when they eat at your house. My only beef with it is the price: I went through 1/4 of a bottle on the first day so it's expensive. But TBH it's such a unique sauce it's worth it (why are more people not making "queso" hot sauces??).

This hot sauce is amazing. I’d say it’s a medium heat and it actually tastes like queso. It’s got a lot of flavor not just heat. I put it on everything but I like it best with eggs and potatoes.

The 2nd best hot sauce in the 2023 Hot Ones lineup, in my opinion. You wouldn't think this is vegan since its very cheesy, creamy, and with just the perfect amount of spice for you to actually use it for most things. I use it on breakfast burritos and bagel sandwiches.

This might be my favorite hot sauce ever, and I eat a lot of hot sauce. The flavor is excellent (cheesy but not too cheesy) and the level of heat is perfect. It's medium spicy and tends to be a whole mouth and tongue heat that lingers in a pleasant way. So far I've tried it on eggs, on taco bowls, and on chicken and it's worked well with everything.
