It was bought as a gift for a 10-year-old whose visual-spatial ability is on the stronger side. She took to the concept behind the game quickly because the goal is straightforward, without complicated rules or points. It's a strategy game as well, so great for my kid to practice the harder skills of patience, planning ahead, and predicting the opponants move. And it's fun to play! In terms of quality, the game pieces connect together well, and are made of pretty durable plastic. It's packed in a box that is on the smaller side, but includes a bag to hold the board and colored pieces. That makes it easy to store or to pack for a family vacation. I've been really pleased with this game, especially since I've really enjoyed playing it too!
