Fantastic mannequin head. I am a hairstylist and was unsure of buying from reading some of the reviews. It's is lovely and thick, I have curled it with 190°c and washed it and it's still lovely. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get one for training, bridal or hair up work. I can not comment on colouring as I won't be using it for that purpose. Definitely worth buying. 😊

This is a great item the hair is a little coarse but very long and is ideal for practicing updos on. Don’t wash the hair just condition it

It’s good value, but there’s a lot of pros and cons. Pros You can highlight the hair but it needs to be 30 vol and left to process in foils for 1.5 hours for 3 levels of lift. There’s so much hair, it’s easy to create good styles. The hair colour is dark blonde but ashy, not yellow at all. It’s so long, and is 100 real human hair. The shoulders and neck make it easier to work with, especially for highlights and balayage. Cons This head sheds, I always expect some but this is probably the worst shedding I’ve experienced. Sometimes I think shedding is good so the block hair doesn’t tangle. Using hot tools on this is possible but it’s a bit difficult because of the shedding. It will need a cut, the different lengths of the hairs make it look frizzy. It’s definitely real hair as this takes a long time to dry, you could blowdry it but the shedding doesn’t help. The hair needs a lot of prep, good shampoo, serum, it will need a bit more than usual because the hair is so thick. Overall it looks good on camera and excellent for braiding. I would buy again because it’s the only real long blockhead that’s a level 7/8 that’s just over £100. If you’re prepared to spend your whole evening prepping hair for an instagram post then get it.

The hair is lovely and thick I bought it for practising braiding. I would suggest buying a stand or a table clamp so you can start your creations

Very disappointed with the quality of this hair I spent more expecting a better quality and it’s no different to the cheap ones !

Terrible!! Brought this to practice hair styles, did a very simple curled style. No backcombing just curled and very little spray and so much hair fell out on the first go!! For the price that is so disappointing. Don’t know how long this head of hair will last me at this rate!! So so so disappointed with this product

Overall the head is good for thickness compared to other mannequin heads, great for practicing braids. The only negatives are that the hair is very dry and I don’t think it’s 100% human - I tried to use bleach on it and it didn’t lift at all.

The length and shoulders

I bought this mannequin to practice hairstyles, expecting high quality natural hair as stated. Unfortunately, the hair feels synthetic and doesn't tolerate heat well — the fringe was damaged after using styling tools. The scalp also makes it difficult to part the hair, and it sheds quite a lot. Hair is full near the roots but too thin on the ends, making it hard to style. I use natural hair mannequins at work, and this one doesn’t compare. Not the right choice for professional training.

Belle qualité de cheveux mais regard effaré. ...non conforme aux photos :c était pour ma fille de 8ans je l avais justement choisi pour son visage plus doux que les autres têtes à coiffer plus approprié à une enfant de 8 ans mais elle fait peur ! Peut être suis je tombée sur une tête défectueuse aux yeux mal centrés? Par contre tête bien fournie pas de manque vraiment dommage retournée. ..
