Walker's Shortbread Assortment, Butter Shortbread, Scottish Biscuits, 160g

Now this is what I've been trying to find for years on end! All the supermarkets seem to offer their version of all-butter shortbread, but most of them seem to underbake it in my opinion. This shortbread is perfect - and you do pay significantly over the odds for it (so you may not feel it represents value for money), but if you consider shortbread an occasional treat option in an otherwise healthy diet and lifestyle, surely you should buy the best that you can find, if you can afford to do that?Supermarket shortbread isn't going to taste the same after you've eaten these simple, perfect shortbread fingers by Walker's. They're the real deal and I recommend them. I've just discovered I can subscribe and save, which put a large grin upon my face because it means the price comes down a bit!I felt this was just the right size pack, with a round dozen shortbread fingers in it, lightly golden (instead of the anaemic version you find in the supermarket) with a satisfying snap as you bite into it. These shortbread fingers were fresh, a little crunchy without being overdone and I don't ask for more than that, as long as the shortbread is made only with butter instead of some awful chemical margarine or other fat substitute.Yes, I did pay for all of the packs of this product I have so far ordered, and I still couldn't ask for better in a shortbread finger. I'm finicky about some things, I like quality as long as it doesn't break the bank, and I will probably not buy supermarket shortbread again unless I'm tight for money somehow. So now you know!This is the best in my opinion.

Yummy shortbread but the box is very small and the shortbread pieces are small which made them quite crunchy. I prefer my shortbread softer but it had a nice buttery taste. The biscuits were sealed in plastic inside the cardboard outer box so they were fresh. They were all plain shortbread as expected but came in a variety of shapes. It did look nice but I wouldn’t give them as a gift as the box was so small and didn’t look that fancy. Cost wise ( considering how much biscuits have gone up! ) it was decent value for money. My hubby loves shortbread so these were predominantly for him because his Christmas box of shortbread had disappeared too quickly ( visitors!) so they kept him happy for a few days.

Fresh! Delicious buttery high quality cookies. One or two get broken- but no biggie. I don't expect cookies to arrive from hundreds of miles away, loaded on a truck, handled numerous times, to arrive pristine. Thank you for offering them for sale- I can't buy them anywhere around where I live!

可愛いくておいしい犬さんの形をしたショートブレッド♡ショートブレッド好きですが値段が高めでレア度が結構高いので1個のサイズが大きくて1つ食べるとまあまあ満足できる♪

ウォーカーの箱入りショートブレッドはどれも同じですが、箱を開けると薄く破れやすい袋があるだけです。保存するためには別の容器に入れ替えて密封しなければなりません。味はいつものショートブレッドで美味しいです。ピザのような形をしているものは割れていないため、食べるときに割らなければなりません。写真のようにきれいに割ることはできないので最初から割れていたほうが食べやすいです。そうでなくてもボロボロ落ちるわけですから・・
