Works great and the strength is perfect. Price keeps rising and it’s not worth subscribing it only saves you Pennie’s. I do highly recommend these vitamins. They’re a bit huge.

COQ10 recommended by my cardiologist as being the best, so I ordered it. It does not upset my stomach and it is very easy to swallow, but I don’t see any difference in the foot and leg cramps that I was having. Hint: I used to take my cardiac meds at night before bed, so I had blood pressure med on board for doctors office visits in the AM. But then I tried taking them in the Am when I was out of bed and walking in case the cramps hit. I haven’t felt a leg or foot cramp since.😁

My doctor recommended that I take CoQ10 and this brand is the best I've found. PROS Comes in 200 mg capsules not just 100mg so I don't have to take two. Is effective proven by labs. There is no smell or aftertaste. CONS The capsules are very large. I don't have a problem swallowing them and they are shaped to make swallowing easier but I could see it being difficult for someone who doesn't swallow pills easily. They do cause me a little nausea if I take on an empty stomach. I would recommend Qunol CoQ10. They are effective and come in both 100mg and 200mg capsules.

I’ve had both the 100 mg,& then purchased the 200 mg. I like the 200 mg as one only takes it once per day. On the 100mg, two must be taken for maximum effectiveness. They have no aftertaste, & it’s the most absorbent (according to their ads/website) compared to all others. The 200 mg was also more cost effective at the time I bought it.
