First time taking glucosamine. With constant clicking knees and elbows that are niggling day to day - you know what it is like when approaching 40 years old. Two weeks in and niggles have disappeared. Still clicking but pain free. Tastes a little weird but take it with breakfast and taste soon dispels. Let’s hope pain free continues.
