Has anyone had any problems with any of the crystals falling out?

I wear this watch during hot, physical work and have not ever had a crystal fall out. I’m on my third one like it because I’ve lost one of them and the other finally wore out after four battery changes. I love this style of watch and get many compliments on it.

What do i do?i was sent gold tone i ordered rose gold tone because of covid i missed window to rexchange it. Can i still get the color i ordered?

Can watch bracelet be shortened?

Yes. I actually did shorten it. You will need to take it to the jeweler though.
