This is criminally underrated in the amazon pull up bar category. It is 5/5 stars at the time of writing but that is only from 9 reviewers! This in my opinion should be the go to for no screw pull up bars. I collected every viable option I could find on Amazon and in the end pulled the trigger on this one based on the design, and let me say, that was the right choice. I am almost 2m tall and so this is perfect as it is out of the way so I dont bump my head on it, and I only really notice it when I want to use it. I weigh just over 100kg and I was worried that the bar might not be able to support my weight, especially since I got the wider version (my door frame is 45 inches), which you would naturally expect to be less stable, but no, this holds my weight and then some. I have even done wide grips by using the inner pole on either side of the support feet with no issues. The foam is a great addition and the circumference of the bar is perfect to grip comfortably onto. Installation was easy enough and I did it myself. The level is very useful as you want it to be perfectly horizontal to make it as stable as possible. Widen each side uniformly until it is the size of the space you are fitting it into, then wedge it in there and spin the centre foam bit to widen it until it is secure. There is a tiny bit of rotation (I'd say about 5-10 degrees) on my one which I only notice if I turn around and do the pull ups in the other direction. If you are doing them in the same direction every time, you will never notice this, and even if you dont do them in the same direction, it spins that small amount and stops in place so that you can continue as per usual. I do have a small nick on the foam but I believe it is from my ring scraping it so that's just something to be mindful of. All in all, cannot recommend highly enough!

From the moment I installed it, I could tell this was a high-quality piece of equipment. The no-screw design is genius — it locks firmly into place using the anti-slip pads, and it hasn’t budged once during my workouts. I was a bit skeptical about the “no drilling” claim, but it truly holds strong, even during intense pull-ups and chin-ups. The wedge-shaped locking system feels incredibly secure, and the steel construction gives me total confidence while training. I’m around 200 lbs, and this bar doesn’t move or flex one bit. The adjustable length makes it easy to fit perfectly in my doorway (mine is about 33 inches wide). Another big plus is the versatility — I use it high up for pull-ups and chin-ups, and then move it lower for sit-ups and push-ups. It’s like having a mini home gym without taking up any space. If you’re looking for a sturdy, safe, and easy-to-use pull-up bar that won’t damage your door frames, this is the one to get. You can see from the pictures it’s a thick soft padded bar and it’s so easy to use. You can also see the gains on my arms from just over a week of heavy use. I've been doing pull-ups on and off for years. Always used the extending ones that are in two halves, with one metal sleeve that rotates around another, and then held in place with screws and / or pressure. Trouble is they often rotate when in use, and also wreck your hands. This pull-up bar is awesome. The central part is a decent thickness, padded just enough for comfort, and is all one piece (which means no uncomfortable ridges). The two ends toghten independently to get to the correct approximate length. Then, when the bar is in place, it's a simple matter of rotating the central part of the bar to get the optimum amount of pressure to hold the bar in place. Once you're happy, you tighten the red safety nuts, and the whole set up is then rock solid. No rotation, or any other type of movement or flex. I weigh 16 stone (102kg) and there is absolutely no flex or movement of the bar. It feels totally secure, which allows me to concentrate on exercise, as opposed to worrying about falling and injuring myself. One of the best pieces of equipment I own. We'll worth the money.

Whilst it took me a little while to grasp the right way to install this (bloke, didn't read instructions) the on body arrows helped resolve this and got it installed. I would stress this needs to go in the right form of doorway, ideally not partition, as for it to bind tight enough to not slip (as it did the first time i tried - learning how much lateral force is needed) it puts out quite an amount however second go and even in partitioned doorway this held my weight without slipping. Whilst it doesn't have the outward facing grips of some of the bigger models I prefer this compact design as the larger rival version means the door cannot be closed without taking it down, and the amount of times i forgot to duck and smacked my head on it was daft. This one however with the smaller form factor means I can place it at the top of the doorframe, still close the door with it installed and not hit my head. Padding on the bar itself for grip feels correct and the inbuilt spirit level useful though ironically you have to rotate that around to tighten/loosen so it may not end up visible as you rotate.

Easy to install and take down. Allows re-tightening within seconds. The handrails are comfortable and it seems safe as it really holds well between the door way. It's held a few men over 80kg And holds 60kg very well.

Strong enough

Extraordinary: It was able to handle my son's weight who is teen - weighing 68kg. It is sturdy and esay to assemble. Except a caution: Not to Jump forcefully to hold it , it came down with my son- LOL But if done nicely - it cost effective - well buy

A good bar that was pretty easy to install even if the instructions were confusing.

Gut zu montierende Klimmzugstange. Mit der eingebauten Wasserwaage schnell zu montieren. Ich habe mich für diese Stange entschieden, da sie über 100cm Breite genutzt werden kann. Die Qualität und Verarbeitung ist gut. Die Grifffläche ist sehr angenehm zu umgreifen und die Klimmzüge machen mehr Spaß als am puren Metallgriff.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer guten Klimmzugstange die auch eine gutes Gewicht aushalten kann das ich sogar meinen Boxsack dranhängen kann. Die Klimmzugstange wird auseinander gebaut geliefert, man kann sie jedoch leicht und intuitiv zusammenbauen bauen. Die Klemme an der Seite sind wirklich rutschfest und bieten dadurch einen sehr guten und festen halt. Vor allem finde ich sehr gut das die Klinmzugstange eine eingebaute Wasserwaage hat, dadurch kann man sie jederzeit richtig und gerade anbringen und hat einen gutes Gleichgewicht. Generell macht die Klimmzugstange einen starken und wertigen Eindruck, lässt sich einfach zusammenbauen und man kann eine Menge Gewicht dranhängen. Außerdem lässt es sich schnell wieder abschrauben und dadurch lässt sich Höhe schnell verstellen. So lässt sich ein Workout flexibel gestalten und man hat mehrere Trainingsmöglichkeiten. Die Klimmzugstange hat an den Griffen auch Polster dadurch ist das trainieren auch sehr angenehm. Beim befestigen der Stangen wird auch die richtige Drehbewegung an der Stange mit Pfeilen angezeigt so sollte auch beim befestigen nichts schiefgehen. Ich selbst wieg 90 kg und die Stange hält das Gewicht ohne Probleme aus. Ich bin bisher zufrieden damit.

Literally in the hospital right now from a concussion after this pull up bar fell. It was completely tight and still fell.
