Good pork seasoning
I use this spice for cooking pork roast. It gives it a great flavor without being ovewhelming. It is fantastic for pork tacos with slaw. Glad my son told me about this product and cooked some meat to let me try before I bought it. I like it a lot!

Great on poultry and veggies
Been using on chicken thighs smoked over Smokin' Pecan pellets with great results & decided to try it on zucchini tonight. Trimmed off the ends, quartered lengthwise, sprayed with aerosol duck fat, added the rub then air fried 10 min. @ 400°. Tasty. Gonna try on Kenji's crispy potato recipe.

My favorite seasoning meat church has by far. Goes great on everything! Add a little bit to my eggs and vegetables and enhances the flavor. Gots great on poultry
