I don't understand the negative reviews. Maybe they are written by the competition. I use Critter Out to keep the groundhogs and deer out of my in-ground gardens and voles out of my potted garden that includes a deck full of pots and grow bags with veggies and flowers. NO OTHER PRODUCT HAS WORKED! I saw the difference very fast. Nothing has been eaten since the application. The coneflowers, yarrow, etc. that they missed in their last meal are now flowering. Nothing has been touched in weeks. That's a really big deal! I'm here in Amazon to reorder as we've had a tremendous amount of rain and its worth it to me to reapply. Definitely give it a try. P.S. The scent is natural, not repulsive at all.

Easy to use and very peppermint scent at top but dissipated quickly. I sprayed under kitchen sink 3 times and in kickboard heater after I washed all and vacuumed. Removed all containers and garbage bins sprayed them and replaced. This morning I found mouse scat on a used paper plate in garbage. This product did not work for me.

Has not made any difference to the rodent issue. Smell is not bad though.

Smells good but the mice just wont go away..
