I really like this product! I gave up coloring my hair for financial reasons but really hated my natural color of dark/mousey brown. I used this with both the sun and a blow dryer using a drying hat, and both worked well to lighten my hair. I like the lighter brown that it is now and I will be buying more when I run out of this bottle! No, it does NOT change my gray hair but I'm living with that LOL!

I tried this on my kids this summer… my son with sandy blonde hair it worked great for! I did find a it a tad on the brassy side so I used a purple shampoo on him after and it helped. On my daughter with a very light brown/dark blonde hair, it definitely added a slightly reddish hue (brassy) but it subtly lifted her hair. All summer after I used it maybe 3 times very spaced out using a leave in conditioner and a hair oil, her hair was much more dry and tangly than before and not as shiny. So the final verdict was it does add a pretty, subtle lightening to hair, but it is drying and slightly brassy and works better in lighter blondes than darker blondes
