Style Tomato & Sweet Basil Bisque, 15.5 oz Microwavable Bowl

I am a Tomato soup lover since childhood and as an adult wanted to elevate my tastebuds just a little bit. I can’t say enough about how delicious this stuff is. The little bits of Tomato and Basil just make so much difference in how this creamy soup tastes. Well worth paying a bit more for compared to a can of regular Tomato soup and it’s very filling. I add potato chips to mine instead of crackers for something different and of course a sandwich is perfect to create a complete meal for one. This is a old favorite upgrade!

I really wasn't a tomato base soup person. However I took a brave move out of my comfort level and boy was I did! This soup was not only filling but the texture was smooth and just the right thickness. It's a little more costly than most but worth every penny.

Mmmm. This is a good soup. Great, actually for a microwave soup. It really hits the spot in terms of flavor and the thickness makes it feel like a meal instead of a side. Great for a cold day. For those saying it’s too sweet, it very well may be for their palate and I respect that. Anyone looking to try this should know that yes, it has 22g of sugar so if you have dietary restrictions this is not the soup for you. You should probably be staying away from cream tomato soups and cream soups in general. Most cream tomato soups are clocking in at over 20g of sugar. If you compare to regular tomato soup (non cream/bisque), those have around 9g of sugar. That may be where the too sweet comments are coming from. Either people that were expecting tomato soup or are eating homemade bisque. Anyway, you may or may not find this too sweet but I feel it has many reddening qualities like the overall taste, thickness, and portion you get for the price. The flavor didn’t leave me feeling like I was eating a sad can of soup.

I ordered several Campbell’s Slow Kettle Style Soups from Prime Pantry. They were all very tasty and were enjoyed. The problem was that the box arrived leaking soup from two kettle style soups positioned in a bottom corner of the box, top down. The box was dented. It made mess and I had to throw away both cans.
