My first order of ladybugs arrived, and when I went to release them into the garden, only a few of them were alive. After contacting the seller, they immediately sent me a new bag of ladybugs. This time around I’d say almost all of the ladybugs were alive and I was able to release them into my garden. so thankful for their great customer service, Since my local nursery had stopped selling ladybugs, and I was having an aphid infestation.

First time I've bought ladybugs! I've Rose of Sharon plants that will bloom soon and quite a few of the soon-to-be-flowers were aphid infested. I read a few scientific articles about releasing ladybugs, how to keep them alive before release, how to release (in dark of night), etc. Ordered these bugs and most (if not all) were alive when I rec'd them. I did a release a few nights ago. And while it's true most fly away (to help other gardens!), I can visibly see some on my plants and....the best news...crossed fingers....the aphid population appears to have greatly reduced. Happy!

This product was very late on arriving. The seller went so far as to say “If you will give us a positive review you can keep the item and we will refund your money “. We followed the instructions to keep them in the fridge for 2 weeks (all active stoped) after 2 weeks you are supposed to release them on a cool morning. They were active on arrival with mature bugs and larva. Save your money. I’ll just eat my loss because now I don’t have the original bix and the product was open. I got an OK from Amazon and a label so I am going to try but I’m not holding my breath. I knew it was a bit late for lady bugs when I couldn’t find any in the nursery where I shop so I paid double the price for a FAILED attempt.

All the ladybugs were alive and happy when they arrived. I have ordered from other companies and some were dead on arrival. These little ones were alive and ready. I have aphids on my cabbage in my garden. I live in Grand Prairie, Texas. The ladybugs took care of the bad bugs and had a feast. I will only order from Clark and Co Organic Ladybugs from now on. Thank you!

When things go wrong you find out the truth about the company. My 1st shipment was clearly delayed or lost then found . 80 plus percent dead when received. When reported they quickly sent a new shipment. And now the lady bugs are happy and working in our garden area . The bag was active when it arrived . And more important they are active in the garden area . I enjoy them we like nature and raise bees and chickens and geese and accept we might not have perfect looking food but no chemicals are worth the trade off . Natural helpers is our goal .

Just got my ladybugs today, and I am very, very happy. They were swarming about and very active! I don't really have a place for them outside because we are still experiencing nights with frost, so I have been doing research on them, and I am very excited to give them a habitat and various foods like honey placed in a tube and raisins soaked in water pulled some grass and dandelion to keep them busy. a water-soaked paper towel for water. It is all very cool so now I'm thinking I may be able to breed them and raise them. I have a netted container to keep them in that zips up tight.

I purchased these all the time telling myself I should purchase from Arbico , which I’ve done before . More than half of the bugs were dead. I was there when they were delivered so we can avoid the excuse that they were left in the mail box or sun. I’ve also done this before , in AZ, where the temp is a challenge . As I said , the lady bugs arrived almost 95% alive . Here , where the temp is ideal for lady bugs , they arrived more than half the bag , doa. I would not use this company again .
