This one is a little pricey but it was specifically for diarrhea. My husband has IBS so I searched and searched for one that wouldn’t upset his stomach. This capsule does not need to be refrigerated, it’s once a day and you can take this with or without food. My husband has a sensitive stomach and this has not bothered him at all. Edit: The product seemed to be working but my husband is starting to get itchy from using it. I emailed the company and they have not had any other issues with this
