So, I recently got a Bambu X1C 3D printer. Which is amazing, but the LED light inside it is kinda weak. I went on a product search journey to try and find a light to add to it. At first I thought this would be like a 5 minute shopping trip on Amazon, but it turned out to take hours to find the right product that wasn't disappointing in one way or another. Many LED light strips that I saw, had really far spaced apart LEDs, like a few inches apart, and I thought that looked trashy. So I found this LED strip, which has the LEDS soooo close together, you dont really notice them unless your really really looking. That made me happy. Also, the LED's on here are RGB, and independently addressable. Which means, instead of having to have all LED's the same color at the same time, like with most strips I found, I can have each set of LEDs any color I want, allowing cool effects. I'm using the PAUTIX SP511E controller and their 24v 5a power supply with this, so I can control it via remote, or via Google Assistant with my voice. Setting that up was pretty easy, and I'm impressed with how many commands I can give it. Like I was able to name it, so I can say things like "Hey Google, turn on the light for my 3D Printer". Can also change modes (like rainbow, or solid color, or some other animated effect), change brightness, and change speed of animations. Overall, I'm glad that instead of spending 5 minutes shopping, I took the time to really dig into what makes an LED strip good/bad, and find one that had all the features.

3 pixels (3.6" segments) were dead on arrival, after cutting them out and solding the strips back together, everything worked perfectly before the onerous installation. Once they were carefully hung on the ceiling, 3 more pixels had somehow died. Can't solder on the ceiling, nor can I take them down at this point. Had to buy clamp connectors to bypass the broken segments. Save yourself hours of frustration and buy from anyone else. The adhesive backing peeled away from the strips in places, creating tension that made it harder to install.

This COB LED is awesome. It’s bright, has beautiful colors and is easy to install. The issue here is the app FairyNest that you must use to get all of the WiFi Alexa/Google Home stuff connected. When you attempt to set up an account you never get a confirmation email so you can never log in. After some research I found others had this issue as well. It does look like you can control this with a SP107E controller and if that’s the case then you could use LED Chord to control the strip via WiFi but that still does not resolve the connectivity issue to the smart home devices. So until this gets better figured out it’s all going back to Amazon and I’ll stick with my hue lights. **UPDATE** I was able to get into the FairyNest app and the service is working. Currently I’m using the app to control my living room light strip which is 4 of the 16’ strips soldered together and put into aluminum channel (pic attached).

I put these in my Home Theater behind the crown moulding above the projector screen. The controller is in the room on the other side of the wall so I used an external plugged into the controller so the mic is in the Theater. I used the SP086 controller which need some work, ill talk about that when I review the controller, but the Leds themselves are awesome and I will be updating the old Leds in my kitchen with these soon. The adhesive on the back is very good and this companys connectors they sell also work good with these strips, you just have to get the right ones. In case your wondering who the singer is, this Is John Schlitt performing on the Mike Huckabee show John used to be lead singer for Head East and then was Lead singer for PETRA a Christian rock band that is currently doing their 50 year reunion tour! I set up a scene on the controller to mimic the colors used on stage of the video.

I bought these as the most fitting candidate to dress my Ausom F1 Max. They're bright (brighter than I even expected), waterproofing so far has done well, and were simple to apply and cut where needed. Only reason I gave it a 4/5 is because necessary parts aren't included, for whatever reason, and nothing tells you the waterproofing plastic needs to be cut and slightly removed to be able to rewire the LEDs. Thanks for that. Spent way too long wondering how the hell that would work only to feel dumb. Otherwise, the adhesive seems good even though I used 3m car tape to make sure it stays. Works perfectly. Good stuff. Would buy again.

I bought 2 of these lights, and both had issues from the beginning. They are super fragile. They will stop working in sections or change to a different color in sections for no reason other than probably getting disconnected by normal handling. But the main problem I see is, they get HOT!. I also tried using 2 different 24v adapters and bot got super hot! I'm talking about not being able to touch it. I'm convinced this can seriously cause a fire hazzard. It seemed like the adapters were about to melt. I should have listened to the other reviewers. Edit: Seller reached out to help with my issues, it turns out I was using the wrong adapters, they were very helpful in explaining what kind of adapters I would need and wanted me to be satisfied with their product. Not very many sellers out there try to help out the customers, I buy hundreads of items in Amazon per year, and I can think of only a couple of times I've been contacted by the seller to help me and to stand behind their product. For that I'm changing my review stars.

No complaints! I had these installed in my shower niche a year ago and they have worked flawlessly! Used multiple times a day and no issues at all. Really happy with this item. I paired it with the SP548E controller kit for Alexa compatibility and it works just as expected.

Excelente tira de luz led. Cómo dice casi sin espacios entre leds. Tiene bastantes funciones aunque para festividades no precisamente no trae Halloween o navidad. Pero trae algunas que se pueden adaptar a esas fechas. La sensibilidad del micrófono es muy buena. Les recomiendo usar un cargador de laptop hp o Lenovo con entrada compatible
