I am wondering about casein in this product. I can't find any information. It says that contains ingredients from milk and egg. Thank you!

They claim it us okay for egg allergy and milk.Something about the molecule size if I remember correctly.My daughter has a gluten,casein, and egg allergy and does great on this.On their website they have info on allergens in their product.

I find a wide variation of dosage per mg in these products. What is the amount per MG in this one?

I take 2 caps per day.  If I start to feel a cold or allergy attack coming on or if I feel stressed out,  I double the dose to 4 caps a day for may 2 or 3 days.
