I ordered a completely different product, and instead, I received this cheap, low-quality Protonics portable power bank that I never even wanted or ordered. To make matters worse, this isn’t just a minor shipping error – it feels like a bait-and-switch scam. The item I originally purchased was of much higher value and specification, and what I received instead was this garbage-tier device that looks like it was pulled from the bottom of a clearance bin. It doesn’t even work properly – it charges painfully slow, overheats, and feels like it could explode at any minute. I contacted Amazon customer service immediately, expecting a quick and fair resolution – maybe a refund, replacement, or at the very least, a return label. Instead, I was met with vague responses, scripted apologies, and absolutely no real help. I’ve been bounced around between agents, asked to repeat myself multiple times, and after days of frustration, I’m still stuck with a product I didn’t order, out of pocket, and completely ignored by Amazon. I’ve been a loyal Amazon customer for years, but this entire situation has made me lose trust in both Amazon’s quality control and their customer service.
