I've been having back/hip pain, and the chiropractor said I need to make sure I sit more on the back of my legs and not so much on my tail bone. I ordered one for my car since I commute over 1/2 hour each way, and it really helped me not feel so painful after my drive. I had a different one on my desk chair, but it was too thick and it never felt comfortable. So I decided to try this one on my desk chair, and what a difference it made! My posture was much better because it was just enough to tilt my pelvis forward without sliding forward, and it's not too thick or squishy. It's firm enough, but with just enough pressure relief, to be comfortable to sit all day, and I have less back pain. So I had to buy a second one rather than move it back and forth from my car to my desk. Would recommend this to anyone who is struggling with back pain and needs to improve their posture to get relief.

This cushion is comfortable and firm enough to give me a boost. At age 86 I am 5 inches shorter than when I was young, so I really need a boost to be able to see well from the driver's seat.

This seat cushion was just what I was looking for. I have back pain and my therapist suggested that when I’m sitting my butt should be higher than my knees. This cushion is perfect while driving or even as a passenger for long drives. It does make a difference. The size was good for me but (I’m fairly small) you may want the larger one.

I have 3 bulging discs in my back and I drive an old box truck at work….yeah, the seat is terrible for my back. After getting a new seat, the leather is so tight it made my pain worse…so I figured I would give this seat wedge a try. The first day, it didn’t seem to make a difference. By Day 2, my back pain was 8 x’s better. I didn’t think it would help after a couple of days, but it’s not a magic wedge…like anything else, it takes time. I’m a week in and my back feels amazing. Don’t send it back after 3 days. Best Buy so far! Patience is key!

It's comfortable but a month into owning it the zipper piece broke off so I can't remove the cover. But I need to remove the cover so I can sew the strap back on. I probably would not purchase again. 😒

Great cushion, instantly stopped hip pain I had before I bought one and worked so well I bought a second one. I use one in my car and the second one for my recliner.
