Are you still having to use parchment paper while smashing the burgers? I'm looking for smash and go without meat sticking.

I don't use paper, I smash and slide to the side, while lifting. No need for paper.

Any one know the measurements of this, seems seller/maufacture are keeping that a secret....Ugh!

This is an absolute must in my business... I do about 500 smash burgers daily with this press... heavy and no-nonsense... measures abt 4 inches x 8 inches abt a quarter inch thick... weight approx 2 1/2 lbs.
