Very easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to transfer photo's from my google photo's. It's just a drag and drop. I would buy again.

This is a great product! I’ve hung mine on the wall, though it comes with a stand for a tabletop as well. I love having the pictures change every few seconds. By combining them all in this frame (will hold 100), I’ve freed up some wall space. Planning on getting one of their smaller frames for a tabletop. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Lastly, their customer support is superb. I had to contact them for an issue that I most likely caused and they promptly took great care of me and fixed it.

Works as advertised. Nice large picture frame. Kind of kludgy controls but I’d buy it again!

I am extremely disappointed with this product due to several critical issues. 1. Misleading Description: I specifically searched for a touch screen frame, yet this product, like others, failed to disclose that it is not a touch screen. This was misleading and frustrating. 2. Unnecessary Account Requirements: To use the frame, it was mandatory to send an invitation to a friend to "join" the frame, even though I purchased it solely to display my pictures at home. This unnecessary step is inconvenient and intrusive. 3. USB Recognition Issue: Initially, the frame recognized my USB drive containing pictures. However, after unplugging the frame to mount it on the wall, it no longer recognized the USB drive when turned back on. I tried reinserting the USB and troubleshooting, but the issue persisted. 4. Complete Malfunction: After the second restart, the frame failed to power on entirely. Despite trying different power sources and replacing the remote's batteries, it never turned on again. This product failed at every level—from misleading features to fundamental functionality. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The picture is fantastic. The app is very good, easy to use. Make sure you fill your profile first or all pictures you add will be listed as visitor. The only downside is that you cannot see all the pictures and videos on the web app. This would be great to be able to arrange the order of pictures and videos.

If you were serious photographer, this is a great screen. But it’s too big to make most iPhone photos look really sharp, especially if you have it at eye level like we do. But, that’s said, it looks gorgeous. We use it in our kitchen and love looking at all our memories together, especially with our new little one’s fast growth and a million photos that we want something to do with!

Needed a little time to "fool around" with this frame. Today I found how to add photos from my computer and I couldn't be happier. I initially loaded them from a thumb drive and updated from my cell phone app but adding from the computer is a total game changer for me. The pictures are large and clear. Options to change slide show format is fun. Ability to play videos and photos is great too! I added a "border frame" over it and voila! what a difference! Thrifted a right sized plastic framed mirror, took the mirror out and hung plastic frame over the digital frame. GAME CHANGER again! Would be nice of company sold borders an accessory...

I am giving it 3 stars because of the following: I am uploading a lot of photos by USB drive and having to resize most of my photos. Reading the instructions I did not find any specific notes but any photos and vidoe over 8 MB have to be resized to less than that to download onto the picture frame. When I learned that I am now resizing all of my photos and videos to around 1-3 MB, which still look good and will save space, just takes time and shortens the video. For the videos, it says it is compatible with apple. Newer Apple phones/Apple videos are in MOV format and they are NOT compatible with that. I am having to convert MOV to MP4. I am guessing if it uploaded from the iphone it will automatically convert but not certain. They also say there is support for up to a 128GB SD card, however in the instruction book it says that for best results the maximum SD card or USB drive recommended is 32, bigger ones can have problems. I am using a 64GB USB drive and no problems uploading photos but again, the conflicting information I do not like. Overall a decent digital picture frame. Was easy to set up. Took a little time figuring out the size limits when uploading via USB drive rather than their app.
