On the third bottle since 2020, these are great quality, are NOT the nasty synthetic stuff in other brands. You can tell a huge difference. I know they're good also from the attacks this company GETS FROM the US MSM and big pharma-just a heads up.

Same as the Regular Multi's but with a few small changes to address the needs of seniors.
Went from Garden of Life, to Alive Max 3, and have finally come full circle right back to the Kirkland Daily Multi Vitamins. You only need to take 1 each day, and it provides you with what you need. It has high reviews from many independent review sites and has good rankings from laboratory tests. Really can't beat them for the value with the quantity you get for the money. Our whole family uses the Kirkland Multi Vitamins.
