This foot massager is well-made and works well for me. I have plantar fasciitis in one of my feet. I use the roller in the morning for a minute before standing up. Provides some relief so I don't get a sharp pain as I walk around. Easy to wash and clean.

Its sturdy, but light and if i was being really picky i'd prefer it to be slighly longer, but I'm very happy with it. This shape is ideal for my plantar fasciitis and unlike the spiky balls, it's less likely to roll right away from you. Easy to clean.

Bought this to help with my plantar fasciitis. It’s been excellent. It does work. I had been using my dogs Scooby Doo ball, but this has been so much better. It has helped soothe my PF.

Great bit of kit, I bought this after starting to suffer with plantar fasciitis during some training runs. I used it everyday to help massage both feet and it seems to definitely be helping. It’s made from a good sturdy plastic and seems really well built. It’s perfect for chucking in your gym bag and is very good value for the price.

Nach langem probieren und schonen habe ich mir nach Internetrecherche diese Rolle gekauft um meine Plantarfaszien-Entzündung zu behandeln. Amazing for plantar fasciitis. I have had the worst pain from PF for 5 months, and using this roller for less than a minute has been life changing. I have tried compression wraps, socks, the toe puller, and spent $$ on Oofos and Hoka shoes which have all been helpful, but still left me with pain. Get this- you won't regret it.
