Nice Product 🎤

Speaker sound quality was good, but 🎤 was not working.

This is still working after a year

Mic not working

It is an excellent speaker. The sound quality is good and the connectivity with MIC and other devices like mobile phone and ipad is absolutely fine. I was surprised with the bluetooth connectivity range too. It worked in 1700 sqft house where the speaker was in one end and the mic was in extreme different end with walls and doors in between. The voice never cracked at all. It has memory card and aux cable support. Besides this, the light around the speaker grill is also very good and one can change the pattern by a click of button.

I was facing a challenge for refunds following return of this product. For support I called customer care and there was an executive "Rupali" who solved my problems. Her ability to effectively de-escalate a tense situation and turn it into a positive experience for the customers is impressive.
