Broke almost immediately. Support responds but is super slow. Once they agreed to replace the unit, I found out it would cost over $500 to ship it to back which essentially nullifies the return policy.

After two months, I began having problems with units hash rate (screen shot attached). I have yet to get a response from technical support and I'm well passed the return window. This has nothing to do with the seller but a defective unit from Goldshell who surprisingly has been no help.

This is the third miner I have purchased from this company! Great product and great service!

Vorsicht – keine Original-Geräte, falsche Angaben und am Ende unbrauchbar! Ich habe drei „Goldshell KA Box Pro“ Miner gekauft und erst nach einigen Wochen festgestellt, dass es sich nicht um originale Goldshell-Geräte, sondern um Fälschungen bzw. nicht autorisierte Nachbauten handelt. Das erkennt man spätestens daran, dass keine originale Firmware unterstützt wird, wodurch keine Updates möglich sind. Die Geräte haben anfangs gemint, aber seit der Änderung der offiziellen Kaspa-Pool-URL funktioniert die Verbindung nicht mehr richtig. Die Miner können sich zwar manchmal verbinden und scheinbar hashen, aber es findet keine Auszahlung mehr statt – die Balance bleibt immer bei 0. Auch der F2Pool funktioniert überhaupt nicht, egal welche Konfiguration oder Zugangsdaten man nutzt. Alle getesteten Pools (DXPool, WoolyPooly, AntPool) führen zu denselben Problemen: keine stabile Verbindung, keine Shares, keine Auszahlungen. Andere Miner im gleichen Netzwerk funktionieren dagegen einwandfrei – das Problem liegt eindeutig an diesen Geräten. Da es keine originale Firmware gibt, kann man das Problem weder beheben noch die Miner wieder funktionsfähig machen. Somit sind die Geräte technisch unbrauchbar und entsprechen nicht der Produktbeschreibung auf Amazon. Fazit: Nicht kaufen! Es sind keine echten Goldshell-Miner, sondern Nachbauten ohne Support, ohne Firmware und ohne Garantie der Funktion. Finger weg – unbedingt Originale oder zertifizierte Händler nutzen!
