Saw a surgeon he said cortisone shot then still persists its surgery.. he gave me alternative... no to shot, physical therapy and to get the brace to wear at night see how I do. I have Trigger thumb... yes, this is GREAT , get this total support. Thank you!! needed the relief and this brace started the reversal of my condition. Went to bed at 8pm and by 2pm the overall pain 100% went away, next day pain is gone so now today calling physical therapist and check what I eat not to increase inflamation and see where I am at in 6 weeks. So happy with the brace. The interior is soft and tighten to snug great support. It does not hurt and soft taking off, some braces hurt and is hard material, this one is soft, inside. Well made support straps. Totally recomend.

This wrist brace fits well and feels very supportive, especially when worn at night. The straps are easy to adjust and keep the wrist in a stable position without feeling too tight. It’s comfortable enough to sleep with and feels well made. Good quality and works well for daily use.

Finally, the brace I have been looking for! If you want a brace that truly immobilizes the thumb (CMC joint, in particular), but is comfortable and doesn't actually aggravate the inflammation due to pressure on the tendon from the brace, THIS is your brace. It is very well made. The longer brace provides greater support and stability than most other (shorter) braces. That is great for me because I have both carpal tunnel syndrome and deQuervain's tenosynovitis in the same hand. I sleep in the brace and wear it when I don't actually need manual dexterity for any task. This is a brace for resting the tissue to allow healing. So, of course, the thumb and wrist are immobilized. I also have a weenie little thumb spica splint with plastic stays that provide a little support while I do tasks that require me to use my opposable thumb for tasks that require dexterity. But then I put this excellent, very supportive brace back on for comfort and healing. With the discount at the time, I bought this brace for an amazingly good price for such a nice brace. I did not get any reward for writing this review. But I am a physical therapist who really appreciates the benefits of an effective splint. BTW, remember that, if you need to wear a splint 24/7 and you wear the same one all the time, it is going to get skanky. It is a good idea to have a couple of braces to rotate and give them a chance to air out. It doesn't actually have to be two of the exact same brace, but you do want both braces to be effective.

I did notice immediate results when putting it on. The relief I felt was nice. It is a good, sturdy material. I'm not sure yet how practical it will be typing on the keyboard. The thumb portion is a bit bulky.

Very good support. This will keep your wrist/hand/forearm held straight fantastically. If you know you need to limit movement, you will not go wrong with this. I bought this one and another at the same time to be able to see which I liked more - the Mueller is good for maintenance after injury but it allows way too much movement and rotation. This one really restricts movement and usage of sensitive areas such that you really limit pain and worsening of your condition. It’s very ver adjustable and excellent construction so far. Seems like something I could use for a long time. I think something like the Mueller is good for when you want support but your wrist is fine and you want to prevent injury, but if you are CURRENTLY injured - this one is fantastic.

I broke my hand/thumb and couldn’t afford a trip to the doctor. No car, no money. But I was desperate. I knew I needed something to stabilize the bones. I bought a few hand/wrist, braces, and this was one. By far the best purchase ever! Top notch, quality. Durable, stable. Helped reduce the pain, is not cheaply made, and therefore has great wearability. It greatly reduced swelling, kept me as comfortable as possible, kept the bones from shifting. I wore it for about two months straight. My only regret is not purchasing multiple because I sweat a lot! And it would’ve been great to have an alternate while I washed/dried this one. Quality product. The other 5 items I purchased were so flimsy or cheaply made that they fell apart so easily after a couple of wears or wouldn’t stabilize the bones as needed. I highly recommend! I could not be happier with this product. The bones have healed, but it’s a keeper! Good cushion, support, breathable material, metal along multiple sides to keep it immobile. I very highly recommend. I also have multiple desk jobs where I’m on the computer 12 to 16 hours a day, nearly 7 days a week. I’ve been doing computer work for over 20 years and my wrists are beginning to feel it. So I have even used this to help from developing carpal tunnel. To give my wrists relief after work, or to reduce pain during work when I have it. I just need to get one for my right hand now. Lol Not that I have any broken bones in that hand, but would come in handy for the carpal tunnel stuff.

My wrist measurement is 7 inches. It's right on the cutoff for small to medium. The small fit perfect. There is more length to the straps of your wrist was a little bigger. The small was comfortable for me. Works great, feels great, helps my wrist pain. I wear it 24/7. The lining is soft.
