The product is really good, although the taste is tart as it has HCL so it can be harsh on your teeth, so better use it with a straw. Mixes easily in water and doesn't cause any gut issues so far provides energy for your workout too

Its just a box full of salt what they are selling on the name of Creatine HCL, If only I had an option to return I would have. Regardless i had to just garbage it as it not Creatine in any form

It works well and it doesn't cause any bloating or stomach issues with one major caveat.......it won't cause these issues as long as it dissolves completely. This is where the supplement does not live up to its claims. I have purchased this supplement a few times and the experience each time is the same........it does NOT dissolve completely and there is always grit at the bottom. Genuine / pure HCl should NOT have any grit at the bottom. It is supposed to dissolve nearly instantly. I leave you to your conclusions....

I find the taste extremely sour, especially if you are taking 5gms in 240 ml water. Hence you may need to add more water or mix it with some other drink for consumption.
