Worked perfectly for UK activation and Italy travel
The SIM card worked exactly as expected. I activated it in the UK ahead of my trip, and it was ready to use in Italy for data without any issues. I simply followed the instructions provided on the sticker on the packaging, which were clear and easy to follow. They recommend activating the SIM 24 hours before arrival at your destination. It also mentions that weekend activations can take up to 4 hours, but in my case it was much quicker—less than 2 hours. To be safe, on the day of activation I made and received a short call (around 30 seconds) and sent/received a few WhatsApp messages to confirm everything was fully working before travelling. Once in Italy, the connection worked smoothly with no problems at all. Overall, a reliable and straightforward option for travel.

Let us down
OK so delivery was quick, and the product was as described. It was a nice touch that the seller contacted us giving us helpful information on how to get the most out of the card and confirm it's activation once we used the QR code attached. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and helpful, and was very frank about the process being set up to get good customer reviews. That's where it went Downhill. Carried out all advised procedures to ensure the SIM would work when it arrived in France. It did not. 02 we're terrible. Indian call centre, almost impossible to communicate absolutely useless. Explained that I had given the phone to my daughter to stay in contact on a school trip.... "do you have the phone with you?" No. Do you know the balance on the account? No. Well sorry if you can't pass security I have no choice but to place a block on the account. I went ballistic and the Indian gentleman working for 02 laughed. Phone back in UK, still not working, used a different sim card in the end. Absolute joke. So glad I don't use 02 for my 3 household mobile contracts, broadband, or any other products. I tried to ask the seller for help and they acted concerned and worried, but essentially couldn't do anything about it. I sent them the audio file of the conversation with 02, but the seller failed to notice it was an audio file yet alone convert it to play it, so shows how much they cared... So I wasted the price of the SIM, the express delivery, the time and stress of chasing 02 when it didn't work, got trolled and laughed at by some Indian call centre muppet, and still had to use a diff sim once my daughter came home. Absolute joke of a mess around and if I were the seller, and wanted to avoid poor reviews I'd take note .... good service doesn't compensate for a bad product. Drop 02 as a sim you endorse and have the honour to say why. There's no value in saying "that's unfair because we did all we could", you did "all you could" AFTER the mistake of selling me a poor product, which still wasn't enough to get the product working, or recoup any of the money that was wasted on this fruitless pursuit. No amount of money or apologies will remedy the fact when my daughter left the country we had no way of contacting her. Before you call this an isolated incident or not reflective of the wider customer experience, just phone 02.

Great!
I travel a lot and I use local SIMs wherever I go. This one is a little bit more complicated than cards in other countries (hence minus 1 star), but it works fine - good reception all around London and England. I would buy again.

Excellent Sims, great prices and helpful Customer Services.
An excellent and reliable product at a great price and superb customer service. Activation of these sims is super fast and response times from SP Telecom is always fast and concise. I have had reason to speak to these guys on two or three occasions and each time I have found them to be friendly and helpful, and they have actually gone above and beyond to ensure my total understanding and satisfaction. I can fully recommend these guys for your sim needs.

Next time I'll buy from the local souvenir shop or convenience store when on location.
Updated Review info (2 stars to 3 - 10/15/18) Received a call from the company after they saw my review. During the call, we were able to determine the 'issues' I was having with the card. It does work as they say, but to be clear for anyone else: 1) this card will NOT enable you to call INTERNATIONALLY as the enclosed calling card insert would have you think. It is for use in Euro and UK to call just Euro and UK locations. 2) the inserted calling card is just an extra and has no value until you top it off. Speakeasy is just another broker for a 02 bundle - while the customer service is alright, I am still unsure how large of a company they are - though ultimately it doesn't matter if the instructions are clear and the product works. In the end, they have made this situation 'right'. Thanks for your call. PREVIOUS REVIEW (10/8/18): Thought I was clever, advance purchasing this product from the US for use in UK and Euro destinations during a cruise vacation. Card received on time to hotel (thanks Amazon Prime). Usually, you buy a simm, pop it into your capable device, activate on the spot and it works just fine. This process was slightly difficult. First, to put the physical card into phone was slightly challenging, as the size wasn't exactly exact (like, a bad cut on the plastic.) Finally I got it in there and attempted to activate. It was not "quick and easy" as some have stated. The package included a phone card within, that you scratch off for the code to activate, but when you use that code and the instructions, it's zero balance. The sticker on the outside of the pack tells you to contact speakeasy instead. So I did. Took approximately 18 hours and at least fours emails to be able to use. Once activated, I received an auto text message from speakeasytelecom (the simm provider) noting the phone/simm was active and had balance, but O2 (the network) kept sending conflicting messages saying my balance was zero. So I had to write again and get that part straightened out in the beginning. Once the phone was "working", I kept receiving "zero balance" messages, and while I could use data - I was unable to dial any phone numbers - anywhere. The intent was to use the phone to call home or send texts to US when in Euro Ports - I couldn't even call the family in the UK - just to O2 UK customer service. When I finally called the O2 customer service from Spain, the agent said she did a reset and it should work after I restarted - but it never did. I pretty much gave up. Fortunately, I was able to use the data part as intended, to send iMessages and tether my US phone off the personal WiFi to receive my emails. In my opinion: if you want to have internet access while abroad, then this is a great deal as the MBs last a while. If you want to use this to actually make calls or send texts (to non-iMessage users), forget it. Last note- since i couldn't use the minutes and the card only lasts 30 days- it appears I won't be able to use the card without 'topping off' for my next visit to the UK (We visit frequently). I contacted speakeasytelecom about maybe getting a credit, or an extension of the existing unused since it didn't' work as intended. I was told to call 02 - which I can't even dial from the phone now since I am back in US. (??) By the way, the "customer service" person who responded to messages was named "Zac". I found it odd that Zac was the ONLY person who ever responded from his company. Typically telecoms have different people. He was nice enough, but you can't call him and the problem never really got solved. Further, I don't know what Zac's company's exact connection is with 02 and this card bundle - but it seems like they possibly bought a bunch of cards at their own bundled cost and somehow obtained code access so they can retain control as middleman. Don't know exactly how these brokered deals work. All-in-all, I file this experience under: "seems a little sketchy."

Great product and Excellent Service
When you get your new phone you just want to get up and running. The supplier had this tri-SIM package activated within 10 minutes of my email. So what do you get for just £9.39. You get 6GB of data, well no not just that but you get a double bonus taking you up to 18GB of data. But there is more - you also get unlimited voice minutes and unlimited texts. So what's the downside, well O2 - who incidentally have a robust network with about the best coverage in the UK - suggest that you need to have a £10 credit balance by the time of your monthly Big Bundle renewal date. If you do then O2 will automatically deduct the renewal payment from your credit balance and if successful, the Big Bundle will automatically renew. So you'll get to roll over any unused data and also get the additional renewed 6GB Big-Bundle. The only Gotcha appears to be that the detail terms say that the roll-over data is limited to the size of the renewed Big-Bundle i.e. up to 200%. How to use all that data?? As my phone is on WiFi at home use has been very low in the first week. But the tariff includes Personal hotspot/tethering. I tried this and it worked perfectly and I was able to successfully use my laptop through the phone on both Wifi and also on USB. Performance was great (likely aided by the fact that O2 have a mast within 250 mtrs). A good fallback option for when my cable internet supplier is down. There may be an argument for buying another payG Love2surf RETAIL PACK from Amazon instead of renewing?? But in my case at-least there is more, as O2 has applied a £5 credit - wasn't expecting that - so it seems my next renewal will be just £5. Yippee.
