A great little tool, came with a variety of describing bits in a small plastic storage case. Bought to work on plastic models they do a nice job of describing the mould lines deeper. All metal construction, nice size, easy to use! Very pleased with the purchase.

I love this scriber but I wish it had a better case for the bits. The bits are super sharp and carve very well, and the handle it the right size for an average person’s hand. I don’t know how well they’ll sharpen yet, but they don’t wear down very fast.

Its cheap but you get what you pay for I guess. It works okay, but nothing about this is precision made. Its roughly tooled and cheaply made. Don't expect it to be nice.

Good quality scriber. I kinda wish the handle was a bit thicker - but thats just me. The idea is the back pops off and you store the blades in there (but not the Allen Wrench - unless you snip the short end off (which i considered.) But I feel without putting a fair amount of cotton wadding down the bottom the blades jumbling around inside would dull or break. The blades and allen wrench (and an additional chuck screw) do come in a neat little plastic case though, so its fine.

I like it! These scribes are great, easy to use and of great quality. The tool is comfortable and carries the additional pieces!

I never leave reviews but this one deserves it. This scribe kit works amazingly. I've had others, and got tired of accidentally slicing up my models I've got mildly shaky hands but as soon as it hits the groove (even with primer, base coat, and top coat on!!!) it stays in it and digs the panel lines out. Highly recommend for all skill level model makers. Reference pic is of a section I did with 1 stroke per panel line. A+

They made incredibly rough lines. If your desperate they work but just but a expensive 0.15 scribing head and a handle and you will have a much better experience

The scriber is well made but the handle is too short. it works as intended but the blades won't all fit in the handle.
