Inner tube 4.8/4.00-8 for wheelbarrow tyre 8" Potreba

Bought as a replacement for my stables wheelbarrow that’s used several times a day for mucking out and moving stuff around. Not been fitted all that long but certainly seems to be decent and is doing the job required.

The valve is slightly offset to one side to suit solid-centre wheelbarrow wheels, not spoked wheels with a central valve position as often found on some dual wheel barrows; this should be in the product details as some reviews say otherwise and many are not definitive about the valve location; sewing confusion. The photos aren't of good enough quality to determine the valve location with any certainty. Such basic but critical information omitted by the seller for many products sold online makes it much more time consuming and difficult to make a purchasing decision. Buying a new wheel that actually fits a barrow is a lottery for similar reasons as there are so many axle configurations and lack of basic but critical information provided by sellers, so meaning the new wheel often has to be discarded after transferring the new tube/tyre to the old wheel. Hence my purchase of a new tube only; hopefully the valve will fit through the aperture which currently has a tubeless valve in place; as above, the seller could provide such info. Due to the lack of information available as above, the purchasing process has been convoluted.

Good product, fair price, arrived on time and works as advertised - all I could ask for.

Seems fine, installed with no probs. (Tip: using a crowbar to get the outer tyre on and off is a winner!)

Seems a high quality inner tube. Thick rubber. Had it out of package, fitted in a few minutes and pumped up and wheel back on barrow within 15 minutes of delivery. Well pleased.
