Does someone know if it's possible to get the bl-5c battery 3.7v in a higher capacity? for example 2000mah

Somewhere another reviewer pointed out that, ultimately, the capacities of these lithium batteries are constrained by volume. That the original BL-C5 spec was 800mAh, the extended-life spec was 1000mAh … and that these 1500mAh batteries are just inside the limits of the technology and the volume constraint. Point being, you can ignore those 'gold foil' super-duper batteries claiming 2400+mAh. PLUS I personally have seen YouTube videos about these 'gold' batteries … and they are a LIE. They are used, almost-dead batteries of low capacity … and that truth is hidden … by over-wrapping them in alluring gold foil. You can actually peel off the gold foil and see the truth about the junk battery underneath.

Is this the same as a BP-5L battery?

If by BP-5L you are referring to the original Nokia phone 📱 battery. Yes

Will this fit the Nokia 2720 flip?

Hi, No I don’t think so...the 2720 takes a BL-4CT battery...

Vital ?: this "higher capacity" bl-5c is slightly thicker than "regular" bl-5c so it might not fit in the usual bl-5c spaces.

I have a 850 mAh and a 1020 mAh that my two radios came with. The XHDATA 1500 mAh is the same size as those radio batteries. Installed into my radios easily.
