Bought this men’s black overcoat for my husband and he’s very happy with it. The fit is spot on, he’s 6’3” and very flattering. It feels warm and well made, with the wool and cashmere blend giving it a smart, quality feel. The velvet collar and red satin lining are lovely details and really make it stand out as something a bit special. Looks great dressed up or worn casually. Excellent coat overall and great value for the quality. Would definitely recommend

I didn't know what to expect, but when it arrived it was better than photographs on other reviews. So at 55 and 6ft 4 it's hard to find a decent fit, but this was like it was tailored. You also have the flap stitched up as well as a security tag that if removed means no refund. The coat is a really good fit, excellent lining and amazing workmanship that would expect from a 300 pound or more version.

The overcoat was decent in terms of quality and about what you can expect for the price. I ordered a size 42 (1,88m, 85kg,) and the fit and style were good. That said, what really stood out was the customer service. When I encountered an issue with damage to the coat (arm teared on the inside), the team responded promptly and handled everything with professionalism. They covered the repair cost without hesitation and communicated with real courtesy throughout the process. The way the company took care of the problem was genuinely impressive. It’s reassuring to know they stand behind their products and value their customers.

A surprise 50th birthday present, he is size 42 but the Company had sold out and were not getting anymore, bought 44...way way to large for him so bought a 40 and it was perfect, product has room and is not tight fitting, its a very beautiful coat, made to a very high standard, however bought the product direct from the platinum tailor for 99.99 and saw they were selling the same product on Amazon & eBay for 79.99 so refunded then bought again for 20 pounds less. The refund policy states within 7 days you will get a refund, however day 5 after they had received the product back I contacted them to find they had not even processed my refund but did do so promptly that night.

Quality isnt there...Disappointed as it seemed to be worn before...Dont buy...

OK, to clear two things up, this is not a Crombie, as those are made by a different company. Second, the description says the lining is both red and black. It's black. Minor gripes. The coat itself is wonderful. The page advises to get the same coat size as your jacket, and that turned out to be true. If you have a 42" jacket, get a 42" coat, because the compensation has already been factored in. Sleeve length covered the jacket but did not cover my hand - excellent! The coat needed a light ironing which is to be expected after being posted. The velvet collar is a nice touch. The coat is very warm. I tested it outside with a jacket at 6am yesterday when the temperature was around 6 degrees. Felt toasty. I love the option of having the outer pockets open or stitched closed. The only minor gripe? A hook and eye to fasten the collar, but I can sort that myself. Bargain!
