Nice sense
It has the pretty good sense of blossom. I am using it for most of my drinks.

Smells like soap.
The only reasonable use for this is in soap.

Used to top loaf sized cherry blossom tort. Perfect, elegant decoration for a tea cake. Flavor is fragrant

Not that great
I was expecting a more dried product this was really wet and soggy type and very salted very small container

Odd taste
It's unfortunate that I have to rinse out all the salt with water, because that damages the appearance of the flowers. It's better to get a bowl of water and just gently shake off the salt rather than putting the flowers under running water. The taste is a little odd - like salty flowery taste. I personally did not find this pleasant to eat/drink.

Good once you rinse out the salt
It's a little difficult to rinse all the salt out of these cherry blossoms. I followed the package instructions with multiple rinse and soaks, and I still tasted a little salt in them, but didn't want to rinse out any more flavor, or make the blossoms disintegrate further. So I went ahead and made a cherry blossom syrup with them. It turned out pretty good! Whatever salt was remaining wasn't a problem. Do note that they do start to fall apart pretty easily just while rinsing the salt out, so don't expect these to stay whole.
