sleeping sound
I never write reviews on food or beverage but this one I had to share. Sleep is not something that I do well ,most nights up at least once if not twice . A full nights sleep has been in the past until I tried this tea. I can't believe the I sleep through the night every time I drink a cup of this blend . I have taken melatonin in the past and it has done nothing , but in this blend , it really works and the flavor is soothing and delish ...

Effective, but odd tasting.
This is the high quality tea I have come to expect from Twinings. It smells lovely, but I have to say it has a very odd flavor. That said, it really works. It is wonderful when I am having a hard time sleeping. I drink a cup, I relax, and I stay asleep for a good 6 hours. Heavenly for someone who is used to waking up every 2 to 3 hours. It isn’t the cheapest tea on the market, but it’s a good buy if you value a good night’s sleep!

Love the taste
I drink this tea nightly. It has a really good flavor and it relaxes me just enough before bed. The flavor is not very strong so if you want something strong stronger than you will have to double up. Or have less water. But I like it just the way it is.It’s one of the better tasting sleep teas
