I don’t write reviews but this deserves one. It truly works and it’s like drinking a hot chocolate before bed. It tastes great and mixes well. Love it!

I bought this with a touch of skepticism as a person who is immune to every over the counter "sleep aid" but hope, if nothing else, itvwpukd be a nice warm night time drink. It is delicious. Its rich and chocolatey with no earthy or chalky taste. But what really floored me was the fact that 30 minutes later I could not stop yawning so I gave in and went to bed. I tried it on a weekend and for the first time in a long time, I slept in!!! All the way until 830 which is huge!!! When I woke up I was not drowsy at all, just refreshed. I balked at the price of this but I will 100% purchase again!

Let me just say first this before starting to drink this every night, I barely slept and most of the night just rolled around the bed waiting for my body to take over and do its work by putting me to sleep. This has been happening for months. Found about this product and I wish I knew about it sooner, Puts me to sleep every night with in 30m. What I mean about that it makes you drowsy so when you feel the drowsyness fall into bed quick and it’ll do the rest and you’ll sleep like a baby. One down side is there are some people who have mentioned it in other reviews that you wake up with some tiredness feeling. But to be honest I don’t mind that since for me it’s more important that I get the sleep I need and don’t mind having the tired feeling in the morning. It’s a win win situation and I recommend this product to anyone who has trouble sleeping. My favorite flavor is the brownie batter one, taste just like hot chocolate. I mix it into warmish water but it’s better with milk. I’m on the 3rd month on drinking this product.

I’ve struggled with insomnia and not being able to sleep well my whole life. This is great, it helps me wind down and stay asleep during the night. Tastes exactly like chocolate milk.

It tastes good. It knocks me out. For me, it does leave me with a little residuals when I first wake up. I feel it but it goes away quick enough as I shower and do my normal morning routine. It feels nice and relaxing. I find that I stay asleep better the whole night but it is not hard to get up with my alarm in the morning.

Thought I’d give it a try after hearing such grand reviews from all over, don’t waste your time. It can help you fall asleep but definitely not stay asleep, I tried using it for two weeks and saw zero improvement. Cost is outrageous for glorified hot chocolate and in no way is the bag a 30 day supply using the scoop that comes with the product. I rarely review products but don’t want more people desperate for sleep to blow so much money on a sham.

Holy crap this is my new favorite nighttime routine. Tastes like a cozy dessert in a mug and completely satisfies my sweet tooth before bed. I’ve been falling asleep faster and staying asleep longer...Worked like a charm. My new favorite way to end the night!
