Overall, a good and effective product with room for improvement in packaging.
Overall this product has worked quite well for me. It effectively got rid of mealy bugs, spider mites, and even ants, which was a big relief. The product feels quite good for pest control. However, I did notice that it caused some burning on my champa (plumeria) leaves, so I’d recommend testing it on a small area first or using it more carefully on sensitive plants. One suggestion for improvement would be the packaging. Instead of selling only the full bottle with a spray pump each time, offering a refill pack would be much better. It would reduce plastic waste and also cut down unnecessary costs for customers.

Very effective on all types of insects on plants
I am repeating this order. 100% effective. Only minus point is the color of the liquid sticks to the hand if used without gloves and does not go easily.

Broken spray
The spray received was not working and i couldn't use the product, Amazon gave me a refund of 180 by the time i received the new sprayer I had used the old medicine for mealy bug therefore I can't comment on the product perse but the spray was damaged.

Useless and non effective
Product is not useful .. even no (stringent )smell of any ingredients of this spray liquid It seems colourful water with few drop of may be neem oil. Not suggested to buy , not pretend to be effective.
