Great customer service - I bought a cheaper version for my mom before this one. Its heating was overpowered to the point of burning. Then I got this one. The heating could be a bit higher, but it is very comfortable so I guess u get what u pay for. My mom uses it twice a day everyday. After about a year the heater stopped working. I contacted customer service and was promptly given instructions. As soon as they processed the returned unit, they mailed a replacement. Awesome customer service. Review: Limited use -- and it stopped charging! - Stopped charging / working after less than four years of very limited use. Perhaps it's now unavailable because of similar customer problems?

Good product. Great customer service

Finally Leaving a review after 2 years of use.
Simply put, its a great product and comfortable. After 2 years of semi-heavy usable, one of the speaking went silent but the scenery sound is still manageable with one of the side playing. Other than that, everything else are still functioning perfectly and relieves my eyes of tension and stress.

Great product, but i can not seem to get the sound working anymore. Overall I would give this as a recommendation.

I actually Fell asleep
It was actually so nice that I fell asleep before the 15 minute auto shut off. If I would knock it down for anything it would be that it doesn't remember your settings for the next use. E.G. The volume is back up when I turned it completely down when I used it last. But I don't believe that is even a full star worthy. So 5 stars it is. Very nice and very comfortable. Don't buy these. Mine didn't work, and I have no guarantee to get my money back. "....send back to us and we will have technicians check before you get refund"

Too small
I bought this for my sons for Christmas. They are both average size. These masks are very tight on their heads
