I bought this product for some shop windows to keep lurkers from seeing in at night etc. It has worked surprisingly well. I did 4- 4ft windows with a quarter of the bottle.

This frosted glass paint is easier than the film. It works well and is a good quality paint. Low odor and a good deal.

The Frosted Glass Paint for Windows (ASIN: B0CY2H984S) was a bit more challenging than I anticipated. The results are acceptable, but I would not say great. I’ve performed DIY activities as an ongoing hobby for several decades. I found this task to be more difficult than I expected, part of which I blame on the limited directions. For example, one is encouraged to use up the paint within 5 to 12 hours after adding the hardener. That’s a range of 7 hours! However, no guidance is provided on what causes the paint to set-up/cure in the bucket faster or slower. The finished covering looks okay. Overlap lines are evident with bright sunlight shining in directly through the window. Multiple coats help reduce this. I have concerns that this will not hold up to abuse. For example, a method listed to remove the cured paint involves spraying the painted window with water, waiting 5 minutes, and then scraping it off. What does that say about a window that is prone to sweating during cooler weather? Oh! The included gloves appear to be about medium size. If you have larger hands like me (XXL gloves), provide your own.

This kit for frosting the glass on windows comes complete with everything needed to complete the job. The kit has instructions and if followed correctly produces great results. I like how depending on your wants or needs you can add multiple layers to darken. This style is nice especially because I needed to frost two separate windows in two separate rooms. I wanted one small window in the bathroom darker, because it is located in the shower itself. In the past I have used the plastic cling style, and they were never permeant, stylish or sanitary. The other window is in the hallway upstairs facing the neighbor's home. My upstairs window directly lines up to their upstairs window. Currently I have curtains and wooden blinds there, which provides privacy but makes my hallway extremely dark and dull. I have no need to look out that window, so obscuring the vision was not an issue here. I am now able to let light in while adding privacy. This is a great all-inclusive kit that can be used on several windows but needs used the same day, not something you can keep and use as needed for years.

I tried to use product on an outside patio window which allowed visibility into my outdoor space. Putting the window coat on was not hard however I did not like the final finish. Product finish may be fine for others but for me not so good. Can be a reasonable solution for a window coat.

Needed to add a bit of privacy to a small window in the kitchen and this did the job. I am not picky and not really pay attention to the details for the window I needed to add this to. Good for my needs, not sure if it fits everyones likeness.

This is a nicely put together kit for frosting windows to add some privacy for bathroom windows in particular. I wish the instructions were a little more robust, but the product works. In general, this does what it is supposed to do. Just keep in mind that it is an indoor only product.
