This worked great for the first 6 weeks, now it has loosened and my lower teeth do not stay in it. Can it be RE boiled?

I am a long time user of Pure Sleep and I have found the 6 weeks or a little longer to be normal. Read through the instruction pamphlet, I believe you can re boil it once.  If you don’t already try sleeping on your side, this will help to alleviate the slippage and sleeping on your side is a standard recommendation for people with sleep apnea. My can last up to 6 months this way, which helps with the cost of the product.

Will this fit women's mouth's

I must have a small mouth.  It worked but never fit well.  I have tried 3 or 4 different brands.  For me the best fit is called Vital Sleep.  It is closer to the shape of my mouth

Can this be used if you have a top partial while only having only four top front teeth?

No, we do not recommend using PureSleep in your situation because the front teeth (incisors) are not as strong as molars. We recommend that people only use PureSleep who have healthy molars on each side of the top and bottom arch, and certainly at least one healthy molar in each of those four locations.
