Really liking this dihydro berberine supplement so far. The capsules are a nice, manageable size and easy to swallow (I can comfortably take two at once). When I take it in the morning, I notice I don’t feel as hungry or snacky throughout the day. Compared with other plain berberine products I’ve tried, I especially like that this formula includes milk thistle and Ceylon cinnamon—both ingredients I personally look for for general liver support on top of the usual blood-sugar/GLP-1 benefits people take berberine for. Overall, it feels like a well-thought-out combo and I have already repurchased. Important to note I have not felt any side effects nor it has affected my sleep quality! They are bit on the steep side, but I think they are definitely worth the value!

I don’t take long enough to determine if it worked. I did order a second bottle to start but figured out I was having a minor allergy to something in the product. It is unfortunately non returnable.

It took me about a month to notice something was happening to my appetite. I had no problem with taste or size. Typically, I took the pills as directed mid-morning with yogurt. The problem was, I started avoiding food because my side effect was diarrhea. I was still hungry like normal, but after eating normal (small meals consisting of protein, veggies, no carbs), the pill effect would catch up to me in the middle of the night and I spent a portion of my sleep time in the bathroom. I should have researched berbine side effects better. Diarrhea is definitely a COMMON side effect according to research. This is not how I want to control both my appetite and portion size. So while it does seem to “work” for an appetite suppressant, it may not be how you intended. Thus the 3 stars.

I wanted to have something that would help manage and even lower my blood sugar level if i happen to eat to much sugar or indulged. Most everyone knows high sugar is not good and with all the processed foods its hard to avoid. The side affect of not spiking insulin or having high insulin is weight control and weight loss. I don't mind that at all! . The reason i chose this "form" of berberine the Dihydroberberine is that its much much more absorbable than the standard berberine. I have used Toniiq before and they are a quality product , value for your money. I didn't notice any side effects from this form of berberine at all. I did drink a full glass of water and took on an empty stomach BEFORE i ate food but i recommend taking most supplements with a full glass of water. Would purchase again for sure.

My go to! Helps tremendously with your glucose, as a person who’s been on keto for over 3 months! It’s mandatory to have your glucose levels at a solid reading to pair up with your ketones! These are solid! I’ve used THORNE Berberine, Pure Encapsulations Berberines but this version, for the Price? And being a bioform version! Too good

so far I've research this alongside berberine phytosome and plain berberine. This and the phytosome version are a lot more bioavailable. And people like Dr. Berg and Dr. Axe agree. The more bioavailable versions are just more economical, although I can't attest that the plain kind is any less affective. I suppose that it could be that the plain one, without the augmentation of the carriers, hits you faster. We'll have to hit up our Docs and see what they think.
