Do you all sell second bags so i can put 2 bags in one to seperate laundry ?

No. We do not sell second bags for this SONGMICS laundry hamper.

Is this material something my cats will scratch?

I have 4 cats and they haven't touched this since I bought it months ago. Extremely happy with this hamper. Cheap, but looks expensive. Remember, everyone's cats are different. Try to distract your cat with other scratch toys if he/she attempts to go after the hamper.

Where can I buy extra/replacement liner bag?

You would not need extra bags for the hamper because it’s washable. I have yet to wash mines in over a year no need to stays pretty clean and I use a bounce inside. But if you want extra liners, check with the manufacturer to see if they make them.
