Since a few days using these rolled oats, I can say the quality is really good. The flakes are clean, whole, and cook evenly without becoming mushy. I usually prepare them as overnight oats or cook them with milk, and the texture turns out great every time. Unfortunately I didn't think much of these oats, they taste stale... As soon as I tasted it I felt it, is just not fresh. I guess organic oats taste different than ordinary oats.
