Mixes well with water or1% milk in a blender or battery operated mixer. Mixes with fiber powder. Tastes good, though a little too sweet for my taste.

Some people don’t like the way this taste, but I say it’s understandable why it’s not the best tasting since it’s zero sugar. Now for zero sugar the flavor is pretty flavorful and sweet. I I recommend. Also, love how it comes in a big bottle, cause I workout alot so I’m always needing to quench my thirst and replenish myself with electrolytes. I don’t have to buy Gatorade all the time now because of this.

I normally don’t write a review, but this product does not dissolve in the water. I’ve tried hot water too! There is always white sentiment in the bottom of my glass. It taste good when you drink it, so I’m thinking all I am getting in my body is flavor and none of the electrolytes. Won’t buy again

I really like the stuff I had to slow down drinking it due to the vitamin C. If this could be optional I would buy more. At this time I have 2 containers of the stuff and can only drink it when the vitamin c won’t interfere with other supplements. Would like an option with higher quality ingredients. Easy to use doesn’t taste too bad. I like some of the vitamins added others seem to be too much. Also the zinc in it is great but if you consume on an empty stomach may get nauseous. Really clears up morning brain fog. It helps me urinate less if I’m trying to stay extra hydrated.

This product is great. I’ve tried a few flavors and like the lemon best.

Well, it's nice to have electrolytes offerings outside of Gatorade, which is just too expensive, but this product I will not use again. It's a pile of loose powder in a jar that makes a mess every time you open it, and the scoop falls into the power, so you have to dig it out, which makes another mess that you are then inhaling and washing off your counters. To top it off, the taste is barely tolerable. Bummer.

This flavor is very fake tasting and really doesn’t taste like lemon or strawberry. I’m not too picky about such things so if I won’t drink it, you know it’s nasty.

Key Nutrients is a great electrolyte. It hits all the points I want: flavor, clean ingredients, cost. I've tried several flavors, and they are all good.
