White, lightweight, linen-look summer scarf …
Soft, comfy, practical. Nice length, can be used all seasons. Particularly nice around your shoulders, with a sleeveless, or spaghetti-strap dress, in the summer. Goes with everything. Definitely buy!

Ok for Regency dress fichu
White scarf had no holes, perfect condition, smells fine, you can wear it immediately. Synthetic material, which might not hold up in hot water or tumble dryer, so I would hand wash. Elegant and sheer, like cotton lawn or muslin or even voile, but has slight crinkle texture. Fine for a costume, might even be okay for everyday use. I needed a cheap "fichu" for a Regency dress and it definitely looks the part, especially since it only peeks out from above the neckline. For the price, it can't be beat. There are cotton fichu from period costumers being sold for more than 10x the price.

Absolutely not cotton.hemp blend. I did the burn test on some fringe. This is plastic. The plus side is that it is true white, soft, and pretty.
