I bought this HP OfficeJet Pro 9123 back in January, and for the first few months, it was completely fine. It just sat in the exact same position on my desk, doing its job. But then the endless glitches started. First, I ran into the same issue another reviewer mentioned here: whenever you send a document to print, it just gets stuck in the print queue for ages and does absolutely nothing. But the biggest nightmare started when I tried to change the cartridge, Official HP Cartridges . The printer suddenly refused to accept it and kept giving a constant error saying the cartridge is "uncompatible." And here is the funniest (and by funniest, I mean most frustrating) thing: the entire printer is now completely BLOCKED. The error message has frozen the screen, I can't even open the settings menu, and I can't do anything at all! The device has literally turned into a useless plastic brick. This is absolutely unacceptable for a printer that is only 4-5 months old. What am I even supposed to do with this now??? Avoid this model at all costs unless you want a frozen screen and a broken printer.

Great quality, all the features required of a printer of this size and great performance.

It took a little effort to install all of the software for all of the features (scanning software needed extra download) and you need the app and an account to use all of the features, but now it's done it is working very well including scan to email and cloud. Print quality is great, duplex and scan feeder work well.

I've had the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120 Series for a while now. Print quality is fine when it actually works, but the printer regularly refuses to print even though it shows as connected and powered on. Jobs sit in the queue or just disappear without printing anything. This has happened multiple times and requires going through a full troubleshooting cycle — clearing the queue, restarting the printer, sometimes resetting network settings entirely — just to get a single page out.

Easy setup, but it does not print as fast as it is mentioned in the description. But it delivers on time

Don't buy this printer. Specially when time comes for cartridge change, it doesn't recognize any cartridges despite buying original HP cartridge. Spent too much time and money on speaking to Tech installation companies. No use. Really frustrated with this product. Why sell the defective product ?

Print quality depends upon the original ink cartridges which are not provided with the printer these are refilled HP cartridges. So the print results dull. Not be happy only average mode.

Nice compact all-in-one printer. Easy to set up and one the app is installed easy to scan and print from laptop, tablet and even phone.
