Very Happy with this purchase!. This tea kettle is fabulous. It’s simple to clean 4 parts, very easy to load tea in the metal cylinder. I use bags so there is no mess cleaning up. You can lock the two part lid for secure pouring. I’m amazed at how quickly the heating speed is. I use it to boil water because it quicker than the microwave. Glass pitcher fits securely on the base to heat up your next cup of tea. Markings and information on tea heat are easily read.

This kettle was just what I was looking for. I love being able to see the water level. I can warm water only or brew loose tea or bags with the included infuser. It heats quickly and keeps it hot with the extended hold timer and has an auto shut off in case you are called away. The size is perfect for one or several cups. Many have reported that it is hard to choose the temp then start then hold time but it truly is not. Add your water and tea, set the pot on the base, tap to wake it up, dial your preferred temperature, tap to start and if you want to choose the hold temp simply tap the other button. Done! This little teapot is so stylish I actually had a compliment how nice it looked sitting out on the counter. It is very durable but it is also glass so handle with care. Wiping it out daily is all that is necessary. If you brew tea you will begin seeing what looks like a brown sediment. This is perfectly normal. Every week or 2 clean with vinegar by running a cycle of 1 cup vinegar 1-2 cups water and let sit for at least an hour. Then wipe it out and it looks brand new again. I have been using it daily for almost a year and I am very happy with this purchase.

I really like this kettle. It's easy to use. The controls are well designed with a knob for dialing in your desired temp. It's stylish and it doesn't take up much space on the counter. I like the window so you can see how much water is in there. However, the glass cracked after a couple months of use. The Intasting company replaced it immediately, so I would definitely recommend this brand. They stand behind their product and that's rare these days. However, I'm starting to wonder if a glass kettle is maybe not the best idea in general. If you're concerned about the glass breaking, maybe consider a stainless steel version from the same company. They have a bunch of models that are beautifully designed.

Works great, it's quick to hit your preferred temperature, will keep your brew warm for about an hour. It is very attractive and super easy to use. It arrived in perfect condition, and is easy to clean.

Love this kettle for hot water, but for tea, best electric kettle I’ve ever had. precise temperature setting, heats up fast and love the keep warm setting.

This is a very nice looking kettle that works very well. I love the smaller size and the glass beaker style. The dial works well, and the temperature is accurate. I am a little worried about the longevity of the writing, etc., so I purchased the asurion protection plan as well. The on/off process takes a bit of getting used to, you have to turn it on, adjust temp if needed, then press on again to start heating (easy to forget that final press and then wonder a few minutes later why it never started heating). Also it is easy to forget to turn it off after pouring out all the liquid into my mug, so I am trying to train myself to put it empty on the counter instead of returning it to the heating unit, otherwise it tries to heat up the empty pot (unless I remember to turn it off). The lid is easy to remove and stays on when pouring. I wish that the tea filter were longer so it would extend down further and allow me to make a smaller amount of tea instead of a full pot.

Excelente producto. Funciona perfecto. Ha sido la mejor elección, al hervir, el agua se mantiene en su sitio, el seguro y sellado permiten que no haya salida de líquido. Es una maravilla.

Malo llego con defecto no embona en vaso cafetero a la base !
