Is this the same box cutter Gus Fring uses?

No he uses a self retracting one. Its a safety grip brand. It does not have a thumb guard.

Is there a replacement for the integrated blade?

Replacement blades are sold separately.

I normally carry my cutter in my pocket....will this fit?? Does the curved part fold in by any chance??

Yes, it will fit into a back pocket nicely -- it's about the length of a standard pen. The curved part (a handy attachment that can be used to quickly cut shrink-wrap from pallets, or for similar convenient uses) does indeed fold in, so it's not visible at all until you unfold it. It's a good product -- the best type of cutter I've used, in fact.
