It’s not too strong, not weak either. Just right. I mix it with my creatine. Love the watermelon, a nice refreshing light sweet. Taste good! I dropped 2% BF in 2 weeks after using it.

If you have not tried this product and work out on a daily basis and have created a tolerance for pre workout, I highly highly recommend this product. Gives you a great bump but also gives you the energy you need. You still get the tingles from the beta alanine, but it is not too much. It is one of my all time favorites. This pre workout also has a focus on shedding weight which is great. if you are looking for bulking I would recommend their other preworkout by Blackmarket which is the bulk.

I use it for lifting. Can’t do my leg days without it, it’s AMAZING. Completely recommend.

Pre work out to help cut in muscle and it worked very good, I will continue to use during my training and workout it supplements your individual effort , next time I will submit a phot of my abs

For two weeks I worked on slowly building to a full dose of this pre-workout. The day I finally took a full dose I was rewarded with terrible diarrhea, nausea, and such uncomfortable body tingles that I ended up having to lay naked in bed for a few hours after because even my clothing would cause such discomfort. I did not have this issue with smaller doses, but now I feel that anything that would do this to my body in a slightly larger dose can not be good for me and I have decided to discontinue use.

This item was not the real one . It has a different color and taste . Also packaged was not the same . And I tried to return it and wouldn’t let me

I've tried just about every pre workout....this one gets the job done. I take it leaving work on the way to the gym. By the time I'm half way there I'm CRACKED out on the highway headbanging to Taylor swift and I get.it.in. at the gym I take this at 8pm nightly....don't expect to sleep because you won't until about 1-2:00....4 star because it's expensive for the little bit you get...throw me a few coupons and I'll make it a 5 star!

I have tried various pre workouts and I have to say this is one of the best that I've tried. It does make you a bit itchy so if you're not into that then this pre is probably not for you. However, the reason that I really like this preworkout is because it doesn't make you crash like others. I highly recommend if your in the market for a new pre.
