A friend of mine told me about this cap and I was quite skeptical when I purchased it. I thought it might be a gimmick. It's not. This cap is the real deal. I have at least 2 migraines a month. Even with prescription medicine, the headaches are horrible. The first time I used the cap, I was surprised, it really did help. It stayed cold and gave me some relief. I like the snug fit (but not too tight) and the slight pressure it puts on my eyes. It feels so good. If you have migraines, or just bad headaches, get this. You'll be glad you did.

Fantastic product. I get tension headaches so often and this product is so helpful. It’s chilled before I even put it on and it’s awesome. Its so comfy but it does smell a little weird when you first open it

I have been a migraine sufferer for 15 plus years! This thing is amazing! The material is so soft and stretchy. I’m ordering a second one for my husband! It leaves your head cold even when you take it off! It helps my headaches so much! I’m also very happy with the under $10 price point and it doesn’t smell funny either!

The material in this cap really helps to hold cold or heat. It’s nice and thick material and really does help my headaches. I even bought one as a Christmas present for one of my grandsons who gets headaches all the time and he said it also helps to cool him off when he’s overheated.

I like how it fits my head and it sure helps with my migraines. The only draw back is the cap doesn't stay cool for long.

Amazing!! Maintains the cold from the freezer and made me feel better knowing it was cooling things down. As a migraine sufferer, I found it sped up the length that I usually experience with a migraine.

The only thing that ever helps my migraines is an ice pack and pressure. This cap works great, for like 5 minutes. If it would stay cold longer it would be amazing.

This cap is excellent. The quality of the material is superb. It fits well. When I get the throbbing migraine headache and put the cold cap on, the headache pain is diminished.

Don't buy. It is flimsy. Gel is only at the front of the cap- not all around as is promised. There is no compression relief possible with this cap's design. There is only a thin cloth at the back of the cap.

guys dont buy this product, inside the cloth semi-thick gel is there which is sticky. withen 3 4 days gel attached and automatically atta ka gola bangeya. 100% waste product. please dont buy it. waste of money.
