Highly recommend these easy to use patches. Just stick a patch on and go. Great value for money and quality, discreetly coloured so don’t stand out if skin is accidentally exposed and they don’t fall off. I have been using these for a few months now and have noticed a significant difference in my sleep quality, energy levels and ease of pain from inflammation in my shoulder from a gym injury.

False advertisement
After using it for a few months to no effects, I researched more and saw it was impossible for a patch to deliver 600mg of nmn and resveratrol. I’m looking into getting my money back for false advertisement.

Repeat purchaser
I have problems with my gut health meaning I can't absorb vitamins or mineral so well so these patches are great for me. I have no reactions from my skin which is very sensitive. I do believe they are helping me with energy and my skin. I use these in conjunction with the collagen patches by the same brand.
