Great quality at great price.
These cartridges are compatible with our Brother printer and after replacing the old cartridges the printer functions perfectly. The print quality is great and longevity is comparable to other brands. They were a fraction of the price of genuine Brother cartridges and they are absolutely great with no issues.

Good quality, reliable and a great price
I’d been reluctant to make the transition to 3rd party toner cartridges, as previous ones hadn’t been recognized by my Brother printer. But the price for a set of high yields from True Image was alluring, so I tried a set, and have not been disappointed. With a second order, one wasn’t recognized, and True Image quickly replaced several from that batch. On my third set now (we do a lot of home printing). With a recent replacement, printing was less than ideal, so I replaced the drum set, which made it look like a new printer. Yield seems a bit less than the OEMs, but the price and quality are great. Customer service first-rate.

Good quality, and much more affordable.
I have ordered these cartridges several times and will continue to do so. They are the SAME quality as the Brother brand, and enable me to continue to print for my livelihood, and my hobbies. The cost of the name brand cartridges is prohibitive. The delivery is always prompt, and I hope to continue buying this.

A good value!
This came very quickly. It was very easy to install and worked great. It is much cheaper getting it from here so I wasn't sure, but I am very happy with the ink. There is no streaking or smearing.

Fixed No Toner Error
Fixed the "No Toner" error on my Brother HL-L3270CDW. Just dropped them in and everything started working again. Perfect replacement and make my prints come out great. (one note, if you have other smudging issues, try replacing the drum cartridges. Mine lasted about seven years before needing to be replaced)

Took a minute to figure out how to install them as they built a little different, but they do work once you get them going!

Good Quality
My Brother printer would not "accept" the cartridge, but you need to reset the counter and this company walked me through it. Easy peasy. They are way cheaper than Brother's brand. So helpful for a small business owner.

Works mostly
Works well, but sometimes the printer says there is no ink. I usually just have to jostle the cartridges until the printer acknowledges it as legit.
